What's one thing you change that made the biggest impact in your fitness journey for me for sure it was taking a 30 minute walk daily and getting in minimum 10,000 steps so I didn't realize how sedentary actually was I was working out once a day but Other than that like I wasn't very active throughout the day and once he started do you know keeping in mind how many steps I was doing daily it made a huge change in my in my fitness journey

I'd say besides being more consistent overall, also like what you said, just getting more steps in every day definitely has made the biggest difference.

Sleeping, my sleep quality, I had terrible sleep quality and as soon as I changed it, it took quite some time. I noticed a huge improvement in energy levels, mental focus and ability to perform.

Just consistently working out. At first I would go once a week and then I'd just go to once a month and then just consistently working out changed my workout journey, finished journey.
