So I am planning on doing a really heavy leg day today. Lots of squats, some hacks squat, front squat, you know, probably add in a little bit of glute, maybe hamstring but I'm thinking just like squatting.

Dang girl I love it the way you said it's just you know what the heck you're gonna do you know what you motivated me because I still doing front squats for about a month now mainly because I couldn't pass my max but I'm gonna get back on them this Tuesday from Netflix

I love front squats. They just hit different and honestly like sometimes when you go into the gym like without a plan like it could be a really good workout but the chances of that happening or aren't so high so just like figure out one thing you want to do and then work.

Yeah exactly what you're saying reminds me of a quote that says when you fail to plan you plan to fail we always have to walk in with something in mind that we wanna do because sometimes specific machines are taken so we always have to have a Plan B
