After work this morning I was going back home and no matter what route I would have taken there was traffic everywhere everything was an hour plus so I decided to take a longer route home because I'd rather be in traffic next to the beach rather than in the middle of the city so I was right next to the beach going back home and then I decided to stop on the side because I just really wanted to listen to the waves I love the beach so I put on some oldies and was listening to the ocean and it was one of the most relaxing and amazing feelings ever because it just really gives me that type of clarity that I need. What helps you clear your mind? What do you do or Where do you go?

Honestly, it's either like I go for a walk or I go to the gym or I just kind of like sit in silence at home. Like, that's kind of what I did today unintentionally. I just came home.

And that something I think that is so underrated that sometimes you don't even have to go anywhere but as long as you're on your own even doing breath work you'll get anything by yourself it's a really really charges your battery back up

Yeah, I literally changed my whole schedule so that I could work out in the morning so then that way at the end of a long day like after work I could just go straight home and I wouldn't have to worry about working out so now I just go home and I just like...

Like I'll play on my phone and stuff or whatever, but like I don't really have the TV on and if I do I'm like just play play music like quietly in the background, but I really literally just like exist until I have to go to sleep.

I feel you 100% because sometimes when I'm home and I had a really long day somebody will see me there like you're always on your phone I'm not excusing I am playing games because I am tired but I get you with a helps

Yes, like when I used to go like work out in the afternoon and I would be there with like with my workout buddy and they'd be like What's wrong with you? Like you're not talking. I'm like bro like I am tired and I don't feel like talking So just like, let me just like.

That's one of my favorite things to do when I know that nobody's gonna be home I make sure to not go out and I stay home because like you're saying just being on your own in the silence it just feels amazing I just listen to music the best

I agree with you 100% I started to tune in and really connect more with my spiritual side about a couple of years ago and it's one of the best decisions I could've made because it's talking to God it it's the best

For me personally, after a long day at work, when I come back home, just like taking my dog with me out on a walk in the evening for like an hour, pop my headphones in, listen some lo-fi nice instrumentals.

You see that's what I mean when I always tell my loved ones or any type of friends that walking your dog or going out into nature and just doing your thing or taking a walk really can help relieve some stress because it helps a lot
