What would you say is more important if you had to choose between health and fitness? So for health what I mean is like the diet like what you what you drink what you eat all that stuff compared to fitness like how much you train how often you train what you train and all the exercise you do so if you had to choose which one would you say is more important. I'd say probably health and diet.
I feel like if you have less of fitness and more of health it will be better long-term than more fitness less of the house if that makes sense so I think health long-term as long as your fitness involves
I definitely think health because even if you're not eating right and you're doing all the exercises you can you're still gonna get results but not as fast or as good as you were if you were also eating healthy.
Definitely health over fitness because if you're not living a healthy lifestyle no matter what you're doing with your fitness I feel like you're never going to reach peak physique without good health.
