What are your favorite smoothies to make when you're craving something sweet for me I get everything from Costco so I get two different fruit frozen bags one of them has dragon fruit passion fruit and mango and the other bag has blackberries raspberries and blueberries and I just combine both of them and they're so good and instead of putting sugar I had a date to swim in Sweden it up a bit

I actually make my smoothies with fresh fruits and my favorites are bananas, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.

Oh nice I love all these fruits I did not like banana for I think my whole life but I reasonings are you take it back and swim because I am on a potassium that you have in there actually pretty good

I've been adding pineapple lady lately to my smoothies and it's more of the best additions that I've done it comes out really different and it is so good

Mango 100% anything with mango and pineapple in it is just my ultimate favorite.

Yes I just started putting pineapple into my smoothies last week and it was a complete game changer it just makes it taste so much more different and I love it

Another thing that could up your smoothie game and just make it taste a little bit better is get like coconut water And just put a little bit of coconut water in it and like even if you do like all your other stuff just put a little bit of coconut water and it just makes it chef's kid.

You're gonna see me pulling up to the grocery store and getting getting a handful of coconuts just to try these cause I will do they have their coconuts I will get some but Not straight from the box though but from the coconut yes

I'm sure probably putting in like real coconut would be a lot better for you than just the coconut water But I actually hate coconut water and like anything coconut flavored but for some reason just putting like an ounce in my smoothie just makes

Like, I won't even, like if something has like coconut flakes on it, like I won't eat it. Like I really just don't like coconut flavored stuff. But for like, just, I don't know. I did it one time kind of by accident and it was great.

I think I was trying to make like a pina colada smoothie, but it wasn't really working out because there were definitely other things missing and there were definitely other things in the smoothie that don't go into pina colada. I had coconut water.

Oh my goodness same way I do not like anything coconut flavored that's it right now when you were saying it I was trying to be nice and find something a coconut that I like so from straight from the coconut I like it but too much is overdoing it

Yeah, like everyone looks at me funny when I say like I don't like coconut stuff because like I Love chocolate and whenever there's like those little chocolate boxes with the coconut like even if it's like the last one in there Like I won't eat it.

My favorite food smoothie I like strawberries, pineapple mango, add a little bit of spinach, a little bit of honey spring water and call it a day

This one sounds good and I'm not a huge banana person but I started getting into bananas not only because I need to eat them but also because of the potassium so the fact they combined with mango and pineapple that sounds pretty bomb

I had a friend from high school that whenever we were to go to a juice place or Jamba Juice or something this was their go to drink they always ask for them to add banana to their strawberry and mango smoothie so when I leave so they just give me that

This one sounds so good especially because cherries already have that kind of sweetness sweat but adding the dates it just complements especially to any fruit smoothie instead of any sugar I always add dates now
