What's your favorite meal to make for the week? For me, it's either a plate, it's a really simple actually, it's chicken with veggies on the side and instead of rice I do mashed potatoes or else I do a chicken bowl or actually any type of protein and to make it kind of like a salad to add a salad onto it and the third one it's got to be tacos with any protein as well and make sure to have greens on this area.
