What's your favorite meal to make for the week? For me, it's either a plate, it's a really simple actually, it's chicken with veggies on the side and instead of rice I do mashed potatoes or else I do a chicken bowl or actually any type of protein and to make it kind of like a salad to add a salad onto it and the third one it's got to be tacos with any protein as well and make sure to have greens on this area.

My favorite is frozen shrimp and the air fryer. It is high protein low calorie super easy to make and absolutely delicious

I need to try those I just bought a bag from Costco last week and I have ran out of ideas of what to do with it I mean I love shrimp so I will get it on the way but I haven't heard of any of that recipe so thank you

OK so you're gonna use frozen rice from Trader Joe's you're gonna use their pico and there's also beer day you're gonna grill shrimp three minutes on each side with your seasonings and then beans you just have a cook for a little longer like probably 20 minutes prior to a bulk

Chicken wings are super easy all you have to do is season them and then pop them in the air fryer and then add some sauce and then boom

Yes I completely forgot to mention this one I love making chicken wings especially since I am obsessed with buffalo and I recently got a lemon pepper from Costco so just making that and then popping in some fries kind of potatoes and putting them in the air fryer is just delicious

Yes you can never go wrong with a simple chicken meal with some cars on the side where there is potatoes rice quinoa beans all of that any of that is really good with it

It was one of my favorite dishes to make thank you but it was good it was delicious because I like to make it so simple it took me around like what 2030 minutes make I just cut the vegetables season the chicken and mashed potatoes
