What are your fitness nutrition or mental health goals this week mine I have some for all three of those aspects for nutrition is to keep on being consistent with my 8020 not diet but lifestyle 80% of the time it well and 20% of the time get a snack that I want to eat and not feel bad about it for fitness it's to keep on doing 245 minute workouts every day because of the 75 hard challenge I'm doing And for my mental is to give myself time every day just for myself and to not focus on anyone because I tend to focus on everyone but myself on a daily so it's no more to fill my own cup rather than giving out of an empty cup
Absolutely the big three nutrition first I need to gain weight so I'm eating specifically to do that fitness a lot of it Hass to be cardio for me I have heart issues and
I definitely have goals for all three but especially with my nutrition just making sure that I am meeting my macros I tend to not eat when I'm super stressed out and I need to get better at that
Can I give you props I tried to count my macros and it was a feeding and I started creating an unhealthy habit so I had to step back but that's something I definitely would do again
Oh this is a good one I have lots I want to get back into intermittent fasting where I don't eat until 12 or two or sometimes even for just have water and tea before then and then I wanna work out in the morning on an empty stomach and I want to get out into nature every day and I want to yeah I get back into meditation is a big one for me lots of things to focus on this week
I love this for you I've also been looking into meditating as well because I get these random anxiety attacks sometimes so I was reading that meditation helps a lot with it along with breath work so before I go to sleep every night and make sure to listen I guess it's kind of a podcast it's just the same rhythm of words I guess you can say is it's kind of weird but I listen to that and soothing music
