I say soccer is the hardest sport because they score about like four or five goals per game and he takes a lot of time and a lot of effort and a lot of energy.

I would say soccer because you have to keep running in order to be involved. There's no real pause in soccer. Everybody has to keep moving. So it's a game of endurance.
