Today was one of those days when I went to the gym and I just felt Tired and my body was tired mentally. I was just exhausted But I still got up and went and it was good ended up being a good little workout because I had a couple things to do after But what do you usually do when you don't have the motivation or when you don't get up want to get out of bed? Or just when you don't want to go to the gym Do you give in to those feelings or what do you tell yourself in order to go?
I usually just try to push through because I feel like if I do end up going then I never really regret it but also sometimes I definitely just give in and don't go.
I get it for me it was for those days today I woke up really tired and I was like you know what I'm gonna get my body some rest well I didn't go to the gym but I'm going to be home in like the Resty later on today and I get you never go to work but after you do it
You're right because I'm thinking you're feeling motivated and you get to the gym you start doing workouts but you're not really feeling them but whenever you do some type of cardio before hand and just get your heart pumping it makes you get warm and you now feel like working out
