So social media has definitely impacted various you know there is understandings in society and one of them for sure would be health and wellness I want to say that for the most part it's been a positive impact Because if we're honest people don't want read like huge medical articles or or things like that regarding health and what influences are doing on TikTok at least on spreading correct information is making it a little more digestible so I do think that social media has had quite a positive impact on how we see health and wellness

It's definitely had a positive effect because people are talking about mental health more and just health in general more through social media and it's raising awareness and and getting rid of the stigma.

Social media is probably one of the worst inventions of my opinion, but I'm not gonna lie. It's connected with my friends who are not on this continent and there has and some useful education.

I think it sort of has a positive impact but then at the same time a negative because it makes it seem like it's so easy, so perfect And in reality it's not. It really takes determination.
