Do you prefer to train alone or with a partner or group of people? I personally like to train alone. I feel like I'm more concentrated and better focused on my workout than if I were to have like a partner or something.

I prefer to go to the gym by myself rather than having to go with somebody and switch weights and I think it's a nice alone time.
