What did you train today for me it was legs and I am so excited because I finally hit a PR on the leg press I have been stuck on six plates each side for about a month month and a half but today I will let you know what trays damages go for it I was feeling extra strong for some reason and I put on the seventh plate and I finally finally finally did it I ripped it out 10×5 and five so I can have accomplished and I'm done I'm definitely feeling it now I did in the morning and right now my legs are aching but what did you hear
