Hey guys, after an 11 hour shift, I am exhausted and slightly sleep deprived, but I am heading to the gym. I don't really want to go, but I do know that I'll feel better after going, and I also have some seafood pasta waiting for me at home. So my question today is, what has motivated you to work out this week?
Oh my gosh, honestly, with summer coming up, I'm like, okay, I want my clothes to look better on me because when you look good, you feel good, and when you feel good, you look good. So that is what's motivating me to, you know, get my workouts in.
That is my ideal state of mind to be cool, calm, collected, and confident all summer long because the heat is already a problem and bills are another. I don't need to worry about the way that I'm looking.
