So I recently saw a TikTok of a girl doing a seven day challenge where all she eats is protein and veggies and fruits. So no grains like protein or rice or beans. Sticking mainly to protein and veggies and fruits. That was an interesting thing to do because it's a way of kind of forcing yourself to incorporate more whole foods into your diet. So it's something that I'm trying to try. So let me know if it's something that you would try.
