So I wanna know how long before a workout do you guys eat your pre-workout no is it an hour two hours is it a quick snack half an hour before a gym session yeah let me know
I'd say three hours before just so that my food can digest and then I'm able to kind of get that energy straight away and use it as the fuel for the gym session.
For me, I don't really have a pre-workout meal. Say if I'm going in the morning at like 6am, I guess I'm relying on my last meal the night before, to be honest. If I'm being peckish, I might just have a banana, like 45 minutes to an hour before. if I need that extra energy.
I usually eat an hour before I go to the gym. That way I have energy for my workout and I'm not eating too close to my workout that I end up making myself sick.
So me, it's like an hour and a half to two hours before. If I eat an hour before, for example, I just, I don't know, I don't like it. feel it when I'm working out so two hours is a bit of a minus.
