How do you guys do with toms muscle soreness from the gym you know that's kind of something that I struggle with at times so yeah just wanna know how do you guys do with and what do you guys do to help a recovery fast and quick recovery
I like to foam roll the next day a little bit and then do some mobility work as well. So if I'm feeling really stiff the next day after a workout and I go in for my next workout, I really make sure to warm up very well, do a lot of mobility, full body, even if I'm doing just upper body, and that really helps. just doing some light octave cardio, going for a walk or a swim.
I will foam roll and make sure you're stretching it's a pain I know but it does help and sometimes I'll take a Epsom salt bath too sometimes I feel like those help
Honestly, I used to like taking hot showers and doing a couple of stretches using the foam roller. But I think the most important thing is eating your proteins and let your muscles repair and grow. If you know your protein's all of that, that doesn't matter, I think.
