So for you guys that go to the gym how do you guys like to get your protein intake is it through supplements like wheat protein or vegan protein like shakes or is it fruit food and just naturally you know like your chickens your fish eggs and any other natural source of protein
When I'm really keeping track of my protein, I just keep a tally going in my head of how many grams basically that I've had that day to make sure I'm getting it in. And if I need more, I'll have an egg white or an extra half of a protein shake at the end of the day.
I like to get most of my protein from like whole sources like meat and chicken, fish, eggs, stuff like that and that's what I would recommend you do too but it's okay to supplement with protein shakes and stuff. Also making sure that my snacks are like high in protein, so not just carbs, you know.
