So I wanna know after a long break or it's from the gym what do you guys tutor can I try and get back into your routine and get back into your stride do you take it slow or do you try go do you go hard at first
I mean I definitely try to take it slow, I don't try to rush things. I feel like if you rush things too quickly you might get out of the routine again quite quickly as well. as well so yeah slow is the best way to go by just easy way back in.
