One of my new favorite workouts that I'm doing for legs are hack squats and I personally love them because I since I've never done them It obviously works on different muscle groups So it's been really helping me out because I just worked on it on Tuesday because I did hamstrings. I worked on hamstrings and glutes and Right now I am still so I'm still feeling it and I'm gonna be working on it again When I hit quads and glutes on Friday, so that's one of the machines that I'm definitely excited about What's your favorite lazy machine?
The hack squat machine is so tough. It's um, I don't think it's underrated, but it's a tough machine. My favorite is the hip thrust machine, um, especially when I'm like really lazy. I don't want to set up a barbell with like weights and stuff. just throw some plates on the side and I always feel the burn like twice as much so it's my favorite.
I don't know what it's called I have I've never seen it at another gym except like on social media on God I have far is called it's like for your legs and glutes mainly your glutes but it's it's really good
I honestly like the Smith machine that I feel like it's very versatile and you can do lots of different workouts on it so yeah I would say the Smith machine
Oh my goodness, we're literally the same person because I did Hacksquat today and we just kept going up and weight and doing pyramid sets and like by the end my legs were like twitching like you know like the scene from Spudgefab where like Patrick's laying on his side and he has like the metal like symbols between his butt cheeks and he's like clapping my legs were twitching so bad that I literally felt like that um yeah Hacksquat right right now is like OG. like it's such a good workout.
