Has anyone here ever done in my spot because I am reconsidering it now that the weather is gonna get a little bit more warm and hot I think is a perfect time to start so that I can continue doing it so I can grow the consistency but if you have done it what have you liked about it or what's the reason that you do it because I've heard of a lot of benefits and that's the main reason I want to do it but what are your thoughts on it
I love this. I did this at a spa. It was super fun because it had a sauna and an iced bath. And although it was freezing cold, it was also super refreshing and just great for your like mental health and to get into a cold one.
Personally I've never done an ice bath before but I've heard of a lot of the pros that it brings a lot of the benefits and the good stuff you can get from having one but I think the only time I would really do want to try having an ice bath is if I'm somewhere like really really hot during the summer where I'm sweating like crazy then I think that makes sense but Apart from that, I don't think I would ever.
I've done ice baths probably like a handful of times. The first time I did it was extremely hard obviously because it's very cold and I couldn't barely be in there for more than a few seconds but another time I did it with like a guide and we worked on breath work and all that and I actually went in the sauna first for like 10 minutes then the cold bath and in and out like that and I felt so great afterwards my muscles were like not sore.
