Yo, yo, hope everyone had a good weekend. I'm gonna kick it off by asking do you guys use resistant bands and If so has it benefited you at all? I've actually got some and I'm thinking of using them again I think they're really beneficial You know if you're at home and you sort of do quick simple exercises and even on YouTube There's so many that I've learned from the past So yeah, tell me if you guys use them and I know people using for stretching as well before workouts and would you recommend that also? Let me know!

I use resistance bands all the time. I'm a personal trainer and I use them with all my clients as well. They can be great for warm-ups and warming up and stabilizing like those little muscles that you don't think about working out during your workout. So that's a good use for them.

Yeah he's resistance bands all the time no proper sick piece of equipment to use in the gym especially if it's on the train functionally as well so yeah I never use resistance bands in my training
