Yo yo, happy Saturday and welcome to the weekend everyone and I just want to know that you guys work out on the weekends typically I know if you work out Monday to Friday I wanted to know what you guys do in the weekends me personally I do work out from Monday to Friday and weekends. I usually just stay active active rest I guess and I might do a few push-ups here push-ups there pull-ups and stuff like that So yeah, how about you guys?
It honestly depends what we have going on on the weekend sometimes I will work out on the weekend Saturdays a hit or mess but usually Sundays yes I will work out and get a pretty good workout in but like I said just depends what the weather is and what we have going on
See, it depends, alright? Because my cheat day is, uh, whenever I fucking feel like it is. So like, if I'm working out throughout the week and I say, fuck it, not today. And then I continue up the next day and I say, alright, fuck it, not today. I only, I only get two cheat days. I have not failed to, to stand on that fucking system, alright? I've not fallen off the ledge on, on my discipline here. here but that's usually how it goes.
