Alright guys so I've been thinking of a diet change recently. Not that I'm on many diets to be fair but I came across the carnivore diet which I know people like Jordan Peterson, Joe Rogan have been on it and it seems very beneficial. just wanted to know from your experience, you know, what's it been like and yeah, have you seen any difference? I know it eliminates things like fatigue and you know, other things like even diseases, um, gastro reflux disease and stuff like that. So yeah, let me know and what you think and if you've tried it before
I think it's definitely a good diet. I've seen a lot of people on it. To be fair, even people like Tate on that, not a full carnival diet, but like when they go out they mostly eat meat, but just in general they mostly eat meat and then just a bit of carbs on the sides. I would say go for it man. I've seen a lot of, I've read a lot of good things about it. I'm sure there's plenty of benefits to it.
