Hello, so I hope everyone's having a good day so far. And I want to know what is your pre-workout meal? Or even snack, whatever. Because, you know, I no longer eat breakfast. And I do go gym ideally in the mornings, like very early 6, 7 am. As you might have been on, huh? What do you guys have let me know
Mmm... sometimes I don't have one. Sometimes it's my protein shake. I don't take pre-workout because for whatever reason that stuff... it does something to my spirit and it isn't good. It gives an adverse reaction. I don't like it
Usually on mornings, yes, I definitely do one banana. And that's usually what I do in the mornings. And then I work out, and then after my workout I have my breakfast or whatever I'm going to eat that day. usually my pre-workout is a banana.
