Alright, rise and grind my stereo people. Wanna ask on tips waking up early. Because usually I go to the gym very early in the morning. Just because I like to get the most difficult task out of the way. Whether it be gym, whether it be anything that I don't really enjoy doing per se. But one thing I can say that has worked for me is When you wake up early, do a 5 second countdown, so like 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and just literally get up as in forces of the get up because you get so comfortable. I guess you would say just laying in bed and snoozing the alarm. And yeah, so I don't know what other tips you guys might use or could share to wake up early and be more disciplined. Anyway.
I love this tip and I'm gonna try it out because I really struggle with getting up quickly in the morning takes me forever I also like grab my phone first thing in the scroll on my phone and be there forever which I don't need to be doing I don't know I don't really have a good tip because I'm not good at this but thank you for your tip
I need to start doing something like this because I have to set like three alarms because I will, I won't snooze them, I will just stop the alarm. I've been doing that the past couple days and and I've been like not waking up early at all. So I need to find a tip or trick or try this one. Thank you.
