What's your go-to quick protein snack to make? So today I did not know what to eat So I boiled some eggs and as lunch I spread them on top of two pieces of bread and Then I needed some seasoning because it tasted too simple for me So I put some chili flakes and then different types of spices and it came up pretty good for like a quick snack a quick lunch, what's your favorite thing to make that's protein packed?
That sounds good for me I love yogurt so I will usually and then I have vanilla protein powder as well so I usually put like a little extra of vanilla protein powder and then mix it really well with the yogurt and then add like actual fruit to it sometimes I add peaches or strawberries that's pretty good and it's packed with proteins
Honestly, it is a turkey egg and cheese wrap. You get a protein tortilla. I put like two slices of cheese. I do like six slices of like cut turkey deli meat and then some egg whites and two eggs. And I think last time I did the math, it comes to about like 40 grams of protein. Don't quote me on that, I'm not sure. But it's under like 300 calories and yeah, love it. I used to eat my breakfast for like weeks.
I definitely screenshot this one because it just sounds so delicious because turkey bacon and it takes almost nothing to make neither eggs and with cheese just to slap it on there's any time and there are so many breakfast other people have mentioned this also delicious I just don't see myself making it every single day maybe once or twice a week but this one I definitely do see myself making every day
I think it took me like under like 10 minutes to make the whole thing which was like super convenient in the mornings and then also I would always season my eggs differently every single day so some days I would do more of like just like a salt and pepper approach if I was using like pepper jack cheese. If I wanted it like more spicy I would do like pepper jack cheese and then I would do like blackened seasoning and like red chili flakes and like I basically just change it every single day so like I was eating the same thing.
Are usually just do like slice salmon like when you're pulling a bagel I do that it is protein made is fat and then I'm all it does is like a stack with like somebody's on the side or I'll just like a regular proteins shake sometimes
You just reminded me thank you so much because I am going to be going to Costco and I forgot what proteins I was going to get because I'm for sure going to be getting chicken shrimp and some some meat but I remembered about some type of fish but I cannot remember for the life of me and Reno they just mentioned the salmon I love eating and I'll be especially how you're saying it thank you so much

As I said I've been making every breakfast so after the gym I don't know but a turkey bacon sandwich hits every time not only because it's the right amount of carbs but the protein in it it's also high

I gotta be honest, I kinda hate making my protein snacks. I kinda would just rather it be something super quick. But of the stuff that I would make, Kodiak Cakes is a really good company for that stuff. And I just found some non-bake protein balls that they have. That's kind of like an oat chocolate chip, honey, peanut butter mix. And once you make them, it becomes really easy because you just grab one and you only really need one. So those are really good. And they're really good ingredients.
I love the brand Kodiak I that's the only type of pancake or dessert that I will eat now the other time I made a I made some cake pops for my boyfriend and I never told him that we were frozen instead of regular mix and they were just so delicious you honestly cannot tell the difference between those and the regular batter
