When you travel do you bring any like healthy snacks or just snacks in general with you I remember the first time I went to Europe I packed in my bag like instant oatmeal and protein bars you know just to kind of have for breakfast or are the protein bars for when I'm just walking around so let me know do you take any snacks with you when you travel
I think since I have become more serious about like my fitness goals for myself I do tend to pack snacks with me I try to aim for like healthier snacks like fruits veggies protein bars or like protein shake but I don't always used to do that
I like to carry my protein in a, well, Ziploc bag or a reusable Ziploc style bag because, I don't know, if I'm not working out, I'd like to know that leads to taking extra protein.
