Alright, so my question is there, do you enjoy going on walks? Because for me personally I do, especially when I've been inside all day, it ain't that much. After we've got outside, I walk for about half an hour, sometimes alone, sometimes with my friends, it depends. But I feel like walking is good for your health as well. Yeah.
I do enjoy going on walks when I get the chance, our weather finally started getting really nice here and so I have been enjoying an evening walk and has been so good for my physical and mental health even though I do work out like earlier in the day as well.
I'm just not built to really run unless I'm running for my life, so more of a sprinter than long distance. So walking is just my go-to form of exercise, whether it's for an hour or even just for like 30 minutes.
Yeah, 100% man, you know, I'm over late night walk, like walker type of thing. I like walking at night. And yeah, this is very good for you. very therapeutic.
I would actually say yeah, you know, cause it's just good, like if you buy yourself, you know, put some music on maybe, it's good to clear your head, like, walk around, maybe see, not leave a good sightseeing, just, you know, you might see a nice house or something and just, yeah, admire it.
I think it always good for a nice walk. I never really like think about it. I don't know it's always just kind of random when I decide to go on a walk, but my wife and I go on walks frequently and and they're nice, they're nice and relaxing I think.
