Okay so my question is do you like to switch off your gym routine so if example when you need a chat and trace of jujitsu exercises all the time or do you switch off living room
I always switch up the routine because when it is repetitive I usually don't see results. So I do roller bleeding for cardio sometimes then I'll switch it up to do elliptical then I'll switch legs and arm exercises for different times I'm at the gym. to keep it, you know, varied.
Yeah I get that I get bored really quickly however I do understand it requires consistency to see any change for oh yeah I stay consistent with the same routine for about 4 to 6 weeks and then after that I've got a change up so yeah 19th is mandatory for me
Bro, I can't lie, I don't switch out like that but I would like to because I feel like it just ruins my moment. I don't know, it just ruins like my workout if I switch.
