I think that I was in my best shape when I was probably like 21, but right now I think I'm in my healthiest form. So like I'm as small as I could possibly be quote unquote, but I'm also really comfortable in the body that I'm in. I'm not counting and focusing so much on my weight and what I'm eating. I'm just genuinely enjoying who I am and working out every day comfortably.
