So my question is do you take as boss because personally I don't but I do feel that they are actually really beneficial and I read a lot about them I wanna see a lot of videos on them and yeah I'll take a number of them but yeah let me know if you guys take them or not
So I've never taken an ice bath with something similar to that that I do is at the end of my shower for the last I would say maybe 10 to 30 seconds I'll make the water ice cold and it gives you an intense rush of dopamine like it makes you really alert It gives you a quick mood boost So if you're not into ice baths, I would recommend starting with a cold shower or ending your shower with cold water
It's depends on your health issues sometimes it's good for you to take ice baths sometimes it's not depending on what you have we careful and always make sure you're safe before doing it not all the time is it good for your heart you know sometimes sometimes not so just see and make sure I personally do not take ice baths I shower and warm water Jamie
I've taken a handful of ice bars in my time but I like taking cold showers but a pretty good pretty good but I suppose I'll prove it to you for your health
I have done this. I did this at a spa and it was a sauna and linen ice bath and honestly I loved it. It was super energizing, great to do. Like I really enjoyed it. So I think if you're someone who likes stuff like that, it does cool you down and energize
