Well for me, yeah, I hate, you know, treadmill and like running in general, but one thing that has helped me lose weight is doing cardio that you enjoy. So for example, I enjoy football and basketball, so that's the best form of cardio I like.

I feel like running outside playing a sport or jump roping is the best way to get cardio because honestly if I'm working out in a gym on a treadmill I get bored really quick and I'm counting down every single second until the workout is done. So anything that gives you like a lot of extra movement and some good scenery and is fun so it distracts you from the workout, that's my thing.
