Yo yo top of the morning people so here I am in the UK this morning, Brian's sunny and had me thinking if you guys are on vacation or on holiday you guys still work out whether that's you know at a hotel with a gym or in your hotel room whatever you are. Me personally like last year I went turkey and it was very hot so I was going to my gym in the hotel at least three times within the week, just training all muscle groups. I think it's very good because you know plus the sun helps with muscle recovery and just genuinely and generally it's very good you know just overall health. I think you know you don't have to go so hard but you can obviously just maintain you know. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
I try to adjust to keep my regular routine of course sometimes I let myself relax because I am away for resting but I'd like to stay physically active so that when I come back I don't feel like I have to make up for a lot of lost time
I don't necessarily work out or exercise but I feel like I do a lot more walking with sightseeing on vacation so I guess I consider that as exercise because I'm walking more than normal I guess.
