I would like to discuss about the importance of calcium and vitamin D in maintaining strong bones. Is it directly related to a high diet in diary like the milk intake and also cheese, yogurts, all that stuff? Or do you think there are other ways to maintain healthy bones? What are your thoughts about this? I would say that there are other ways besides dairy itself. maybe other kind of vitamins not providing from animals.
So I've always heard like drink milk to have strong bones and I mean I've kind of believed it but I've actually never really done like research or really like looked into how much dairy really affects bone health but...
