My issue with this is it by five 6 pm I'm so hungry I could get breakfast a skip like easy but evening my body is craving food and a decent hearty meal at that little stack that was taken all night so for me it's like they're not eating for them
I would say I've seen a difference in this but you need to stick to it and I'm just gonna try and stick to it. and you do see a difference in it is beneficial to your health and well-being and sleeping I hope that as well.
I am yeah I actually do this every day so I only ate I did it to lose a bit of weight of really really but I ate between 12 as I had like my breakfast and my lunch and then sex as one before sex I have my dinner then I won't be again till 12 the next day I think it's really good
