I didn't eat a lot of vegetables because I have found out that they make me like bloated stomach so I eat fruits such as you know orange mangoes strawberries blueberries.
I really enjoy eating blackberries bananas and navel oranges for fruit throughout the week and also for vegetables I enjoy eating spinach and broccoli or green beans those are mango twos
I mean I think my favourite vegetable is things I have like pretty much daily cucumber spring onion tomatoes broccoli things like that but the fruits most nights I have a birthright and they just have like an orange or something

Definitely need to eat more. I love fruit and veg. I just don't tend to eat them even though I have them unless I get them like prepared But yeah, I love fruit and veg apples bananas those are easy go-to's and And if I can be bothered to actually cut it up properly and slice it, then mango.
I love broccoli I can eat broccoli all day long and I love any oranges so I eat oranges almost every day for breakfast and I try to eat broccoli every day if I don't eat broccoli that I eat a spinach salad to get my passport but yeah that's my favorite fruit and vegetable
