I have like curly to wavy hair and honestly I just let it dry and actually I put like a crawl smoothie and that way it's like condition and then sometimes I'll put like a light gel run it through my hair scrunch it and then that's it

Yeah staying away from he is a good idea or even just using it less regularly but you can have like overnight calls and heatless curls which are really really good you can just buy the staying or there's loads of different ways I think overnight stuff is really good for styling your hair
