I think one of the most easy and practical ways to manage stress is to get frequent exercising whatever that looks like for you walking going to the gym dance classes just as long as your bodies moving so that you release endorphins and those necessary chemicals that have to be released by your body

When you're actively moving all the time, you know, your stress is regulated, your stress hormones. And then secondly, like being able to connect with like-minded people in a healthy community is really important because it's not as isolating and you feel encouraged.
