This is just a genuine question at what time do you think it is best to eat dinner I've gotten so many different responses but what time do you think is best
I think the best window is anywhere between like five and seven. I'm eating dinner right now and it's seven so it's a little late but if I eat any earlier around like five then I'm usually hungry again before I go to bed.
Yeah girl was like I was actually gonna say that to that when I eat dinner too early I get hungry right after again so yeah you're right when you're saying seats in error 567 because that's just seems like the perfect time so and then you can go to sleep right after
Probably around 10 p.m. or something like that. You know, I like it at night when everything is settled and I can just sit with my family and enjoy my dinner. You know what I mean? I don't like it too early, like 5 or 6 p.m. Because like, yo, what the fuck? But like...
I would say anywhere between like five to about 8 o'clock I mean I think and I don't know I don't want to say it's too late because it just depends on like you know what's going on your day but between five and seven I am safe
Can I get you that's all the time that I switched over to eating because I used to eat super late I used to eat around 10 or 11 PM but then again I would wake up really bloated so I had it set up so now I'm eating around 738 latest latest 8:30 PM and then I took a walk right after if I delete it
I would say any time before 8 p.m. you have to pay attention to your body's digestive system. It can take up to 75% of your body's energy to digest a full meal.
Oh wow I didn't know that I actually always look forward to whenever you have some thing to say about how old they just the systems are just your typical well-being in general because I love all the fax that you sent it to have
Yes that's actually what I need to work on I just mentioned that that I tend to eat in a really just because that's the time that I usually get hungry but I need to work on my schedule so I can eat it earlier now
For me will be five or six but seven is on there as well but I was like five or six I wanna balance because you want to have breakfast in early in the morning and honestly luncheon lunchtime emoji dinner late as late as you can
Yes you're completely right I personally need to work on that on eating eating breakfast early then lunch at a certain time and then the nose or inside because I just eat whenever I'm hungry and that is not a good that's not a good habit to have
Oh wow, that's really interesting. I actually wanted to dorm. That was a goal of mine, but it was way too expensive. But it's really interesting to hear what times the colleges have set for UTE.
I think it all depends on your schedule for the day. If you start later, you tend to eat later, but ideally for me It's like between five and eight if depending if I'm intermittent fasting.
That's actually really interesting. I was actually going to ask that. What I've heard a lot of people talk about fasting and intermediate fasting and I just I don't know. I've always wondered about it. Like what are the benefits from it and how has it helped you?
Well, there has been studies that intermittent fasting turns on your body's defense against disease and aging and also humans back then were not always constantly eating we were foraging and gathering so time apart makes sense.
I've also felt much more energetic. My blood level feels better. Like I don't feel hangry at all I probably just feel a little bit tired and hungry, but I find it super helpful. I recommend it.
Oh wow, that actually makes a lot of sense. Thank you so much. I always had a lot of curiosity when it came to that. I am definitely going to do my own research as well because it does sound really interesting.
Definitely do your own research even talk to a doctor Your primary care and nutritionist to see what their opinion are because everyone's body is very different based on hormones etc. So Keep us posted!
