What's your favorite workout to do body weight workout to do for a chest hurts shoulders mine used to be tips for triceps but I think now they have I have got to go with push-ups because back then when I was in swim I was able to do 5060 push-ups nonstop but that was because of my training that I had on the chain that was put in now that I don't do them religiously I don't do them at all I try to do them again in January and let me tell you Freaking hard I was barely able to do five and now I'm starting to get back into my rhythm but something so simple it's dang it put your body through through a good work out
