I always wondered why it was so hard for people to have fruits. I understand veggies, but fruits are so easy to have for me at least. I just cut up all my fruit and then I have it like ready to go. and I just snack on it throughout the day, you know, berries in my oatmeal or in my smoothies or whatever.
I suppose the veggies could be a little bit harder but again I just throw in like spinach in my eggs in the morning or I roast them some asparagus some cherry tomatoes I don't know just things that I roast are always like good to
