I do mine daily. I measure my blood pressure. I take my blood pressure every day.

I make sure to get my annual checkups and sometimes I'll even go in more than that. So whenever that's done, it's measured. So I'd say like three times a year.

I only get my blood pressure done if it's necessary like at a doctors appointment.
