I normally will take echinacea only when I'm feeling under the weather I normally will take that are like on the onset of a cold and sometimes some elderberry but for the most part I'll just supplement with vitamin C and vitamin D and then if I have like a really bad cough I'll take some herbs recommended by my naturopath like Mullen leaf tea or nettle tea if I have allergies
So I used to take a she legit I don't think that's considered herbal supplements but I did take she legit and it's actually really really good for you I moved out of my mom's house and accidentally left it there so I haven't taken it in a hot minute I definitely need to get it but if you haven't tried it you should definitely look it up I really love it
I don't think I've taken herbal supplements per se but I've definitely taken more holistic sorts of foods and things like that to help strengthen my immune system and make the super juice that has ground ginger turmeric honey lemon juice pepper and orange juice ominous it's good for your immune system so
At some point I was including them right now, I haven't been consistent, but something that I still take with tea. I like Manu the honey. I know it has an abiotic properties and I believe probiotics But yeah, I know it's healthy for you.
Now when you say herbal supplements, are you talking about like marijuana? you're talking about like B2 or something like that like herbal like vitamins and stuff
I don't know about too many supplements because I try to stick to minimal but a lot of herbal teas I've been drinking is a chamomile peppermint ginger I feel like this is been helping a lot with bloating and digestion so I highly recommend
So real quick with supplements this is what I've learned from nutrition and all them motherfuckers all right you have to drink so much water for it to actually go through your system the right way that a lot of people end up with the supplements kicked up on the insides of their bodies from taking it over a long period of time not telling not to do supplements but if you can IV therapy definitely the way to go intravenously 123 move on with your day
