I would say hands-down working out because it goes without say just how beneficial exercise is to the body no it's not to say that if there's something physical that you need to remove but you can't do it with surgery but the benefits of exercise versus surgery there's just no question exercise how it affects your hormones how it affects your moods how it affects the chemistry in your body longevity bone held like everything surgery can't do that so surgery can give you the look but not the health

This depends on the situation. Like right now I'm just gonna work my body out, you know? But if I get to a point where I want improvements that working out isn't gonna fix and I may go with the ride of surgery or just accept my reality but yeah.

Honestly, I would. There's no shame in it as long as you're not lying and saying that you got your results working out when in reality it was surgery.

So realistically yeah would much rather not go to the gym I just go on a very extreme diet but still healthy if I was rich I would probably just cheat and to get surgery but realistically I feel that I lose more weight through the things I rather than them working out

I prefer doing things naturally and I probably won't let myself go that far to the point I won't even need surgery.

As of now, I'd rather like work out and eat healthy. I think it's a good way for me to stay fit. It just fits my lifestyle. Maybe later on in life, let's say have kids or whatever, It's easier to get surgery. Yeah, why not?

I would never put myself in that situation but also I know people can have like problems or diseases that make weight gain very excessive so if I ever got to that point I would try and give it my all to lose the weight before I got surgery

For me, I would rather be working out and that would sort of give me the motivation to never get to this point ever. So I would use it as a motivational tool rather than taking shortcuts.

In my mind I feel like every time like you alter your body like when it comes to any surgery I feel like it affects your like lifespan so I don't know I just I couldn't I couldn't do that whenever I could just make the changes that I need to make and build muscle and eat the best way that I can and that will heal your entire body rather than just getting the fat removed or getting whatever surgery
