So I definitely think a good fitness routine can be so many things for so many people but the one thing that is extremely important that they all have in common that will improve everybody's lives is the discipline to carry them out and for it to be adjusted to your level and goal setting. Even if you're able to handle a really tough fitness routine but you don't have the motivation too heavy will break your motivation very quickly.

100% hands down it's your diet you gotta have the right diet to be able to get the results that you're looking for drink water work out whatever workout you're doing let make sure you're doing the right make sure you have the right technique and you'll see it be consistent
I feel like the most important thing is definitely feeling your body like before and after your workout you need to make sure you're eating whatever it is your body needs according to your goals because you can have the perfect workout routine but if you're not eating right then you you know the results go down the drain.
