I typically work out anywhere between 4 to 6 days I aim for 5 to 6 but sometimes depending on how I'm feeling it's four days

I work out about 4 to 5 days a week and I work out for about 40 minutes I would say that's probably around the estimate I always do 20 minutes cycling on my peloton and then I do other stuff afterwards
