When I hear you are here but I think like a lot of stuff can get away with like home workouts at home fitness sort of thing because I think gym is like more like so if you only progress a lot more for realistically I'm not quite sure I like it just depends how your lifestyle is half the audience around you
You can get so creative, um, especially with anything calisthenics. Calisthenics are so hard if you have access to like a Park, I know you're doing them at home But um if you go on YouTube and just Google like at home calisthenics workouts to build muscle. I bet you'll get your ass handed to you.
Question do you recommend calisthenics over like general bodywork like working out in the gym homework outs push-ups pullups because I've been doing a little bit of research in calisthenics but it has a lot of different reviews what do you think about that
It creates more intensity which builds more mass. We had a name for it, we called gravity workouts. For example, if you do 50 pushups, do 25 slow rep pushups. If you do 25 pushups, do 10 slow rep pushups. And that's just an example. lower down and you'll feel the intensity.
Two things to maximize home workouts is form and the volume. For example, if you do hammer curls, focus on just using your arms. Don't swing, don't use your back. Whenever you go up, squeeze, then let it down really slow and do every set until failure and I promise you that you'll see results bro.
It's real easy. Anytime you're doing anything at home, it don't matter what you're doing, slow the tempo down. and you will see the muscle will activate 10 times harder.
