How do you balance your gym schedule with other aspects of life well well I mean aspects of life I mean like like work school education University College where ever you do how do you balance out because I think possibly when you have when you try to maintain a steady income trolling remain financially stable think you probably prioritise that if your chin wax with your muscles might be here as a hobby some people some people taking me seriously as the go to job but it really depends on how you schedule a war but what do you guys do

Seven fortune off the most the time I work dayshift in the morning till like 23 4 PM If I am in my life and I chose gym and work and then I make time for like my friends and family but I usually what works best for me right now is working out in the evening sometimes of 89 and 10 o'clock at night

Literally same I couldn't agree more gym and work things menu oriented around that but when I do have social events which means a friend I think it's just a little change of plan little change in the day but usually it is me to change my routine

So I schedule in the gym if I'm going to work class. I schedule friends after that or before my work is obviously in the morning till a certain time so I do that. And then yeah, I just kind of work around it, schedule it in my calendar helps and making so that you stay more accountable.

Oh yeah for the day I do schedule but I normally do it after those prioritise gym and work as I know that the most beneficial Miskeen it with me was such a events are quite good but I usually like to plan after
