Do you stay consistent with your gym routine on the weekend or are those kind of like your days off? For me they're honestly usually my days off. I just have so much going on in the weekends. I never really can find time to go to the gym. But I try to go like the five week days which I feel like balances it out. But I know a lot of people like going to the gym on the weekend but what are your guess's thoughts?
I actually do you work out on the weekends just because it works better with my routine throughout the week but otherwise I mean I guess I've always kind of included the weekends in my routine
I still work out on the weekends just because I don't like to have too many rest days and I'm trying to get better at being consistent. So, you know, I still push myself to work out on the weekend so I can build, you know, just a better stronger habit.
