What is your weekend routine to keep up with all your healthy habits? For me, I feel like I drink a lot less water on the weekends just because my schedule is kind of all over the place compared to like a structured weekday, but I just try to keep my water bottle like on me at all times.
I'd set a schedule, set out some meals you want to make or make them ahead of time. Don't overdo it on the weekend. Have time to relax but also see friends and do stuff you enjoy to do. have a productive morning and then relax in the afternoon.
Tips for a healthy weekend would be like trying to do something fun like play basketball play tennis run you know like try to get some type of exercise and or biking you know without like the actual like focusing like weightlifting is to like that
For starters, I would say to wake up early and that would be applicable to weekday also. So that would be like a routine and getting enough sleep and then having everything prepped perhaps the night before. So you've got your water ready, maybe your meals and whatever plans you may have, like maybe going for a walk, going to a park, nature, that sort of thing. You can even cycle. just any form of moving your body will keep it healthy.
